She ran over to it and pushed the bush aside. She smiled when she saw. “A rabbit.” She unhooked it’s neck from the snare and held it up to him. “Back home we were fought how to set snares. Better to kill these little guys this was than something more physical.”

Trent smiled. He got up and winced at his shoulder.
"I'll try to start a fire." he said and went over to grab a few sticks. He tried to start a fire.

Rose sat against the tree and began to skin it. “Use the bark from the trees.”

Trent finally gets a fire going after taking some of the bark. He winces.

Rose looks up at him. “The pain should go away by the morning. Just relax for now,”

She smiled at him and nodded. “We need a big shell. Or something to boil the herbs and then this skin in.”

Trent nodded and went down to the river he walked in a little bit to find a shell. He saw one and grabbed it.

Rose had the rabbit on a large stick and was cooking it over the fire.

Trent brought her the shell. He sat down leaning against a fallen tree.

She took the shell and filled it with water and but the herbs they found in it to boil them.

She finished up and pored the herbs onto a piece of bark with the rabbit too. “Here.” She haded him some

Trent nodded. He ate some of it.
"Thank you." he said smiling.

She began to eat. “In the morning your bruise should be better. I was thinking we could use the rabbit skin as socks or gloves. Should be easily makable.”

"Sure." he said and layed back on the tree. "Do you need anything?"

Trent smiled at her and tipped his head back on the tree.
"I'm gonna rest a little." he said softly. "Wake me up if you need anything."

Rose boiled the rabbit skin to kill the germs. She’s set it out in a big piece of bark to dry it over night. She went over to Carter with some Rabbit and herbs. “Carter?”

Trent slept softly. He groaned as he rolled over.

Trent started to sit up. His shoulder was feeling a bit better. He looked at his ankle and started to unwrap it.
