Technacally it's Steve's hammer and (if she is in it) she will be able to lift Stormbreaker (his new Axe) because Oden (r.i.p) didn't put an "You must be worthy to wield this" on the axe so anyone can lift it but only Thor knows how to really use it.....

They have no more Pym particles and plus Thor is with the Guardians now, the only way to get the hammer back (which I don't think is as likely and it is kind of unnecessary) is to go back to Nidavellir and make a new hammer for what ever reason.

I have a theory about black widow. She alive because when captain America went to return the stones, the rules for the soul stone is a soul for a soul. So if he returns the stone that means he gets a soul in return. He’s probably already made the decision that he’s going to live out his life with Peggy so who would we resurrect? Black widow. What do y’all think

Umm...I guess no. Remember what they said? Changing the past doesn't necessarily mean changing the future. So Black widow might be alive in an other timeline..But not here.
