Hazel shook the water from her flats and looked up. Finding a collum, she climbed carefully up, so she wouldnt ruin her outfit. There, she was sheilded by the rain and could have a really good vantage point. She crossed her ankles and pulled out her phone
Carter finally spoke very quietly just loud enough to be heard. "Do you enjoy pranks? Was this amusing for you?" He was still not very visible .
She texted C, Are you happy now? Swinging her legs, Hazel leaned back and applied some light makeup. She slipped on a long pendant, and called Noah. "Noah?....Yeah....Only for C.....i know, i know.....promise....bye" Hazel smiled at her phone before hanging up
