Help adding a book cover image

Hi there, could someone please add the book cover for this book we're publishing? The image can be grabbed from our site right here: http://burrowpress.com/call

I also noticed there's an ebook edition of this book (we didn't create either of the pages) that features the correct cover. Not sure how this got created (none of our other books have pages for the e-book edition)... Is there a way to combine these editions?
