I hope this continues as earlier, but yes do understand the responsibilities of the Moderators! Thank you guys for the efforts! Stay safe!!

IR was found in 2009 by Viper, and Aditya Chandra and myself were the first moderators, then many others like Sherin, Mansi, Shoa, Manju, Harsha came in to share the chores. But somehow most of us have been very busy in our personal and professional lives and in recent years we find that we are unable to devout much time.
A great thanks to Shoa who has been almost single handedly steering this huge group for the past many months .
My guilt has started kicking in. Me and Shoa decided to make some modifications so that we can run the group with as less effort as possible.
A pressing fact behind it is that we devout much time to announce and maintain group activities, but the participation and actual discussion by members, esp in BOTM is dismal to non existent.
So from June onward,
Each moderator (based on our leisure) will choose 3 books and put it to vote, and if sufficient members vote, we will lead the discussion. If there are no votes, we just forego the month's BOTM.
Regarding other activities and spam messages, we will take action on an as and when basis.
Also planning to block spamsters without engaging in a lengthy debate.
Hope IR will reform for the better :)
