Book Review: Agent Running in the Field

A fun and easy read, a book I'm sure a lot of people would feel like reading it in one go.

My previous (and only) John Le Carre book was one of his earliest one - The Spy who came in from the cold. This book (his latest one) feels a bit different and less sophisticated. Although the current western political issues were covered in the book, I don't think they are strong driving forces behind the characters actions, but really just to create a more recent atmosphere of this age and time.

I am now putting John Le Carre's books in my 'guilty pleasure' to-read list.
