Are you reading anything new?"
I've been rereading Maia by the guy who wrote Watership Down. Its a slightly erotic, Conan-the Barbarian kinda setting. His writing style is very descriptive. Its like watching tv with my brain lol. I read this back in the early 90s. I've been revisiting many things from the last decade of previous century. Certain Incenses -Nag Champ & Mystic Forest. Certain music -Cocteau Twins....DCD lol.
I fell off the reading wagon. I sorta lost half of may and most of June.... I think it may have been the drinking... who knows lol

I fell off a bit too so I'm working on building more structured reading time. Sometimes I join the Silent Reading Party on Wednesdays at 6pm and make a nice time out of it. A refreshing drink, light a candle, etc. Just relax and make it a priority.
Hello, we never stopped with the Nag Champa and I have been listening to a lot of Cocteau Twins the last few months! They are good on my headphones when I'm concentrating on work, too. Get into that trance-like mode. :-)

Right now it’s a Zoom thing. There is a pianist that plays music and people simply read and listen.
