I read this book in 2019, arranged marriage, the hero controls storms and lightening, and cannot be touched by anyone
(view spoiler)[except the heroine which we come to know at the end (hide spoiler)]
The mother of the heroine dies in her birth (struck by lightening)
The hero is a king/warlord and the marriage was arranged. Sorry it reminded me of CL Wilsons The Winter King, but it's not, almost same plot but different story.
If anyone had come across this book please let me know.

How old is the hero? If he's in his early 20's, then this is Adult or New Adult (not YA). Yes, confusing terms.
