Luna, Fred/George, or Neville. If none of them count, then I would say Gilderoy Lockhart. I hate him so much but he's honestly so much fun imo.
Madame UnderSecretary herself, Professor Dolores Umbridge. Or if she is too important: Marcus Flint. He's a Slytherin, he plays Quidditch, but he isn't Draco. And he might be part-troll.

Probably colin creevey. He was a little annoying getting up in Harry’s face and all but it was really sad when he died. It felt like he was so young

Minerva McGonagall, also known as queen of the magical world. That woman is the most iconic person ever written, prove me wrong! Love her so much :) [yes, she is my favorite character, because I have good taste 😆]

Weasly twins for sure. They are the best duo in the series, They are funny, smart and serious when they need to be. The stuff they created for their shop requires pretty advanced magic/potion making and so on, even Hermione acknowledges that. They werent the best in school, but they didnt care about that and it later shows how good they are as wizards. They were always there for Harry, they were the big brothers he never had.
I’m my opinion I think luna love good was ultimately my favorite side character in the books and movies. Although she isn’t a main character, I really loved the fact that she just seems so down to earth and sees things in a different perspective. If Voldermort just suddenly appeared in the great hall wearing a pink tutu she wouldn’t even bag an eyelash. I also love the head canon that she’s a seer.
