I'm gonna have to say the Weasley twins. I say this because I love those jokesters. They just make everyone laugh, and they are a great source of comic relief. I would also like to point out the underappreciated Seamus Finnigan. I don't have anything to say about him, just that he's underappreciated.

I really love Nymphadora Tonks! She is so cool yet so sweet and powerful. I cried so hard when she died along with Lupin:(
Alright, you asked, I tell.
Grindelwald.
Okay, I know, I know, technically he wasn't actually in Harry Potter, but he was mentioned.
It counts, right?
Anyway, if you wanna know why, just go to my forum thingy
in "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows," on:
"We all love Harry Potter, but does it really make sense?"

Gotta say Bellatrix. I mean, she was mentioned a lot, but I feel like she isn't a main character. Any one else agree or is it just me?
Regulus Black. He discovered Voldemort's secret when he was just a kid. He tried to help defeat him. He wanted to be evil but in the end chose the right side. His story is very tragic and very interesting. He treated Kreacher well. He doesn't get enough credit from the readers or from the trio. The only one who appreciated him was Kreacher. I'm sad Sirius never found out what Regulus did.Cannot choose: The Marauders, Hagrid, Dumbledore, Dobby, The Weasley family. I love all of them but they're important to Harry. Regulus is important in the story but not to Harry as such.
Percy Weasley. I really like Percy because to me he's the embodiment of all four houses - he's talented, brave, intelligent, and ambitious. Percy is a really realistic character. A lot of people hate him for his treatment of his family in the later books, but you have to remember that the Weasleys were considered radicals and were a major threat to his career. It's extremely brave to go against your family, in any regard. Percy is also super intelligent, organized, and responsible. He made an Outstanding on all 5 O.W.L.S. something even Hermione couldn't do...and I know she was in D.A that year but Percy's 5th year was Chamber of Secrets so....basically, I really like Percy. He should've become Minister of Magic, because unlike Hermione he actually deserves the job.

Don't forget about the fact that he abandoned his family and ignored them for three years. And he's a total (pardon my french) cunt. I mean the only reason i don't wanna kill him is because he eventually did come around in the end. But I mean seriously, not yelling at you or anything, but Percy's a big bad man ion like him.

Grindy? Really? Wow. Nice.
I made an OC who's like Grindelwald's Grandson (He's 17, Slytherin Prefect, Head Boy and he uses his grandad's wand and has the same eye that Mad-Eye used.

Yeah, you're right, she's not really a main character.

Don't call her Nymphadora.
But yeah, I loved Tonks too. I actually made a nonbinary OC who changed their name to Tonks because she was their cousin and they hated their dad.

Interesting question, I think it would have to be Fred and George Weasley because they are funny but are steadfast in achieving their goal. If they are too close to Harry to be considered side characters, then it might have to be Cedric who is perfect in almost every way but is pretty humble about it all.

I personally think colin is a wreck. It was sad when he died tho.

I like Luna. She is just so sweet and creative. My favorite character is actually Hermione, but she is a main character.

Snape doesn't count cause he's a heel, one of the main characters. And also SNAPE DOENS'T DESERVE YOUR LOVE.

Yeah. She did do that. Saved by a mother's love once again.

Don’t ask me, I could go on and on and on Fred, George, Luna, Neville, Molly, Arthur, Regulus, Dobby, McGonagall too if she is considered a side character

And Crookshanks; I love cats <3
I've got so many. I love Professor Sprout because she has so much potential, and I love how the fandom has taken up Daphne Greengrass and Blaise Zabini.

DEAN THOMAS!!! I know we barely got to see any of him... like ever, but he was truly the best and brought a positive vibe to everything.
Fantasy and Felines wrote: "Gotta say Bellatrix. I mean, she was mentioned a lot, but I feel like she isn't a main character. Any one else agree or is it just me?"Sorry. Eeek. I've got to disagree with you on that. I can't stand the bitch.

I think I have to say Fred and George because they were so funny and they helped Harry with so many things and were always ready for a laugh or a joke
I'd have to say Cedric. At the time of the Tri-wizard tournament, he was slightly important to Harry, but for the rest of his life, he had not really talked to him so I guess I will say him. He was kind and sweet (and uh pretty HOT) and played a huge part of the storyline (some would say his death signified the start of the war).
One of my favorite side characters is Peeves. He was not always nice, but it was good comedy relief as the books became more serious. He was also in with the Weasley twins which, if I do say so myself, had to be one of the best part of the series!
Since I can’t choose Sirius ( cuz he is my best character ever) I tell Regulus. I loved so much the Black brothers and Reg really deserved a better life , he understood what was wrong and he was so brave. It breaks my heart that he was so alone
I love the Weasley twins, because they were a breath of fresh air. I also love Lee Jordan with his witty comments on Quidditch matches. It was always so much fun to read. Luna and Neville were so cute too.
It is either Luna or Dobby. Luna helped Harry find the diadem which was really necessary and Dobby is so cute and told Harry about the Room of Requirement which also of course an essential part of the series.
Well... since I can't choose Sirius, I'm going to go with Fred and George. They're absolutely amazing, with their pranks and loveable nature. Also-Neville. He's so brave and really helps Harry a lot. And Regulus-He's honestly one of the most underappreciated characters in the book and he definitely deserves a character arc! And let's see... Luna. Luna is a bit odd, but it's her unique personality that makes her so loveable! Also another underappreciated character- Seamus Finnigan....I have too many favorites to list. LOL
when you said anyone important to harry! everyone are important to harry! So I believe you mean not the viral ones. I will go with Arthur weasly
I would think Luna Lovegood. She is quirky, intelligent, and manages to save Harry's life in the end of multiple books ( be it with advice, 'clues', or defence). Her personality is just so delightful, and her dazed replies just make everyone smile. What more could a side character give?
I would say the Weasley twins, but I think Harry cares about them too much, so I don't think they countso I'm going to say Oliver Wood. I love him so much, and I relate to his maniac obsessiveness, XD
