Taylor | 2 comments I would say the books is children - non-fiction. It's a book about diverse children meant for kids age 3-6. The book contains only photographs, no illustrations. I love this book because the pictures are not specific to one race or gender. It includes girls, boys, black, white, latino, etc.
I was working in a kindergarten classroom in 2018-2019 and the head teacher read this book to the class. However, she's been a teacher for over 25 years, so I can't be more specific. She is retired now, so I can't contact her about the book.

I believe that the cover is yellow/tan and has several (individual) pictures of diverse children on the front. I also recall that there was one picture of a girl with long red hair in it.

Note: I am pretty sure it's not "Shades of People"

I don't quite remember. I recall the photography was high quality, but the cover looked a bit dated. I assumed it was around the 2000s-2010 (but that's just a guess)
