ABANDONED. looking for specific berenstain bears book--raining outside, mom vacuuming, child coloring

hello
looking for a favorite book from my husband's childhood. it's a berenstain bears book, and he remembers a page where one of the bears (brother bear?) is coloring in a coloring book on the floor while mother bear is vacuuming. the important part is that it was raining outside on the page with the vacuuming/coloring book. if anyone can remember which title this is i would appreciate it so much. thank you.

Perhaps The Berenstain Bears and the Messy Room?

I read this one today with my daughter and can confirm that it is not "Messy Room." There is no vacuuming or rain involved. The only one I can think of with rain is The Berenstain Bears Get in a Fight, but, I'm pretty sure there is no vacuuming in that one. I read most of these as a child and am reading them again with my own children now, so I'll come back and post if I come across it!
