You have to keep so much in mind for a proper novel that I have a file, that replaces the continuity person they have for movies. It is a bit like a collctive diary for the main characters in terms of what clothes they wear in every scene, whom they have met or not and so on, so that I don't lose the plot ;)
It helps a lot when you get yourself written in a corner and restart at some earlier point to change things but keep continuity in the story.

My interest in the writing arts began when I had a weird Star Wars dream in my tween years, and I wrote a fanfiction about it and shared it with my friends just for fun. Yes! I've heard a lot of stories about the decrease in litter and pollution from COVID-19, so at least there are some positives.

I am trying to improve each day. I mostly write in the dark genre; I am currently working on my fourth book- a short story collection comprising of horror thrillers.
Hi! My name is Helena and I love to write! I have waay too many ideas but I try to keep up with all of them. I love to write whenever, but usually I get inspiration in the nighttime. I'm also taking a class about writing which is really fun so far! Mostly I write fantasy, but I'm up for new experiences :) Most (if not all) of my ideas come from dreams or just general aesthetics which can evolve into huge ideas if I think about them long enough.
I'm hoping for a good time on this group!

It's a DukeTIP class - Basically you learn about world-building, plot, dialogue, characters, and a lot more! The end goal is to write a short story!
Hello! My name is Simone and I love writing! I always have new, random ideas, mostly at inopportune times. I mostly write high fantasy because I love worldbuilding, but I've experimented with some short stories in other genres. Right now I'm switching between working on a dark fantasy book and a fantasy/sci-fi/mystery book. I also am an editor for some books, so if you need one, feel free to ask!
