ABANDONED. Children/Teens: two step sisters inherite the house of a witch. They hate each other and have an invisible cat

One of them is blonde and posh, and the other has curly dark hair and moks the first one for being "girly". I think they each had a little brother.
The girls end up living in the witch house alone, with the cat (I think he talked?). There is a magical hole kn the kitchen that gives you any food you ask for (curly haired girl is big on margarita pizza). They are witches trainees or something like that, and they need to work together to learn how to control magic. Also, they can't use magic with the intent of hurting others, so they resort to using helpful spells tunned up to annoy bad neighbours.
