Adding and linking paperback and kindle editions

Hi, I've just claimed my author profile but some of my books have already been added in Kindle format by someone (thanks!)
I want to add my other books which are all on Amazon in both paperback and Kindle editions. How do I get both editions to be linked to the same title? a) when the Kindle edition was already added by someone else.
b) when I'm the one who adds the book.
The book I put in the topic line is the first book I added myself and would now like to add its Kindle edition and not sure how to do this.

What confused me was that on Amazon this is called "add another format" rather than edition.
