she lays on the grass and looks up at the blue sky.
“You are absolutely gorgeous,” Ben says quietly.
She lightly punches his arm and rolls her eyes.
She shakes her head, "Not as much as you let on."
Now it’s Ben’s turn to roll his eyes. “You’re perfect, whether you see it or not.”
She smiles at him, "I'm not PERFECT." she says
“Well I think otherwise,” Ben tells her.
“So… anything you want to do in particular?” he asks her.
Pearl shrugs, "I dont know. Have anything in mind?" She asks
“Not really. Unless you want to go swimming? I could take you to my dad’s realm. And if you want to we could practice with weapons, but I’m not sure you’d want to do that,” Ben says, listing random ideas.
Pearl's mouth drops open, "You can go to Poseidon's underwater realm??"
“So I take it you do want to go to Poseidon’s underwater realm?” Ben asks, still grinning.
Chase sat down in the field waiting for his friend to come
"Have you seen Letha? Gods, she does walk fast enough." Kayla grumbled.
“Ah there you are” Chase said, getting up to greet her
"So, meet any satyrs here?" Kayla asked, looking around. "I would love to see them make things grow."
“Yes, Letha is distant a little. I hope we can be nice enough to her that she gets more comfortable”
“I think they are all somewhere else, i think they might be helping the demeter kids”
"I am nice"Kayla huffed. "Well, she isn't escaping because I'll haunt her every day even if I'm dead." Kayla said firmly.
“Of course you’re nice, we just need to keep being nice” Chase said “sorry if i implied that you’re not nice, i am awkward with words” he said kicking the ground and looking down
"Thinking about satyrs, have you ever met one? I thought they're supposed to bring us demigods here. Who's your escort?" Kayla asked curiously.
"Hey, I'm just joking! You are not awkward with words at all! If you are, I would have dumped you in the woods already!" Kayla laughed.
“No one, i went to camp on my own” he said “but yes, sayters are escorts for us demi-gods” he finished “i have been doing some thinking of my own”
"Letha, come back! I'm so tired of running!" Kayla said.
“Come back Letha, we were waiting for you” Chase yelled after her
(Gtggg sorry! Meet you in 2 and a half hours)
“That girl” Chase said frustrated, just then a wild horse ran by and he jumped on and caught up with Letha “why are you running? We want to hang out with you!”
((I wont be on then 😰and i cant get on tomorrow either😰))
“Because! You are a great person!” Chase said
"Olay, let me be homest with you. You may seem cold to others but I know better, Letha." Kayla said firmly. "Everyome needs friends. Why can't yours be us?"
Ben stands up. "Shall we?" he asks with a goofy grin. He extends his arm to help her up.
Ben pulls her up into a standing position. "To my father's kingdom."
Pearl nods and smiles, holding his hand
Ben smiles and leads her towards the beach.
Premys walked out to the fields with Zoe, scanning aound for someone to prank.
