She nodded but didn't say anything.
" how is old thunderpants's cabin" i say
" It's okay, I guess. I sleep in the bed in the corner where the huge statue of dad can't see me " she shrugged
" Yeah " she closed her eyes and smiled.
" do u want to see the poseidon cabin" i say
" I'd love to " she opened her eyes.
" No, why ? " She lied convincingly
" You wanted to tease me, didn't you cuz ? "
" nah. that's something i don't do" i say
She raised an eyebrow, " You sure ? "
" Okay, so you gonna show me your cabin or what ? "
She followed him to his cabin(( see ya there ! ))
Marie walked through the tall grasses and sat down by a patch of wildflowers. She saw a dying daisy and attempted to heal it.
Jane walked to the fields. She spun her dagger on her finger with the blade always in contact with her skin. This had become a new way to pass the time for her and she didn't care about the blood at all.
Marie noticed walking towards her and hopped out of the tall grass saying, “Hi!”
She noticed that the other girl’s finger was bleeding. “Ow, what happened? Did one of those thistle patches do that?” she said.
" No, I was just playing with my dagger " she continued spinning the weapon on the tip of her finger.
“Oh! I haven’t even introduced myself yet, sorry for my terrible manners! I’m Marie,” she said.
(Sorry, I am not good at roleplaying yet)
Then, Marie saw the dagger that the other person was holding and took a small step back
" I'm Jane " she ignored the fact that the other girl had taken a step back
“So, uh, what are you doing out here?” Marie asked. “Oh, gods, I’m being really awkward”she thought to herself.
" I was bored so came here for a walk "
“Yeah, same...” Marie said while staring out at the woods.She saw a large shadow behind the trees. “Hey, do you see that over there?” She asked while pointing towards it.
She looked in the direction and noticed it just a second before it vanished, " Yeah, yeah I did "
“Gods, is it some sort of monster? Some people in the Demeter cabin told me that monsters are in the woods.”She pressed down an emerald on her bracelet and it turned into a dagger.
" Maybe, maybe not " she shrugged.
“Oh, wait. I think it’s just some people... false alarm.”
" Either way, I don't think it would have come out of the woods to harm us "
“Yeah, sorry, I’m still a little jumpy after coming to camp a few days ago. Like, I knew I was weird but then I come here and find out that there’s monsters and gods and other people like me... if the people here weren’t as nice, I would probably be scared out of my mind! Which, I already am...” she says with a laugh... “oh, sorry I just basically gave you my life story there!”
" Seems pretty normal. And if your worried about talking too much then that isn't much of a problem " she wasn't that talkative, especially not to people she just met but she lowered her guard, just a bit.
“Cool. Can I ask you about something? I’m really confused about this”
