ziva sloutched into the arena. she sat against the wall and grabbed her pen. she opened it and it turned into a double sided blade, half of it gold the other half obsidian. she pulled a flint and began to sharpen it. she observed saige and serenity with a warie expession. she scrated under dragon necklece, but didn't do anything else besides sharpen her sward

Summer walked into the Arena. She was excaping from whatever her crazy half siblings were off doing. She hated her half siblings. Most of them were rainbow-ey, and heath freaky, and bubbly, like her mom, and her half sister, Paige is. Summer wished she could trade places with Paige, whose mom is Athena, goddess of strategic war. She wished she could have a cool name, like Ziva, who was sitting in a corner sharpening her sword. Or like Sirenity and Saige, who were talking and beginning to spar. Summer wished she could train on her own, but she needed a partner to spar with. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw Ziva still sharpening her sword. Summer took a deep breath and walked over to her. “Hey, Ziva” she said, hoping Ziva wouldn’t say no just because her mom was a peace and rainbow loving freak “do you want to spar with me? I don’t have a partner”

ziva studyed summer. she seemed semi nervous. she knew that summer was a daughter of the rainbow goddess, but she wasn't the same as her half sibs. she scraped her sword one more time on the stone then stood up. "Inkay. you want to use swords or some other weapon?"

“Yeah.” Summer replied “my main weapon is a bow and arrows, but...” Summer pulled an owl amulet off her neck and pressed it’s beak, making a long cestial bronze sword spiral out. “My sister gave it to me. Athena gave it to her, but she doesn’t like weapons. Or fighting.” Summer sighed. “Sometimes I wish we could trade places”

ziva scowled at her for a second. she sighed. "Why ya want to trade places?" she backed up and practeced a couple of moves with her sword, losening up.

Summer immediately scowled back “none of your business” Summer hated people knowing stuff about her. Knowledge and is a weapon. And people can use it against you. But, on the other hand, she didn’t want people thinking that she was like all Iris’ other kids. So she relented. Summer’s narrowed eyes softened, and she said, “Well, I am a more smart, and rude, and deadly, and hard core, and solitary and Paige, my half sister, is more laid back, and care free, and bubbly, and rainbow-ey and social. I’m like an Athena kid, she’s like an Iris kid. So we wish we could switch.” Summer also started warming up.

ziva studied summer. she was rather tougher then them iris kids. she srugged her shoulders, it was none of her buisness why people were upset. all she could do for them was destract them and lug them from the real world. ziva grinned evily. and the best way she could do that was by pissing them off. "okay summer, all or nothing. we use all we have on hand. knives, swords, magic whaterver. whoever wins has to do something for the winner. and don't worry, since you are a iris kid i'll go easy on ya." ziva sighed inwardly, wondering if she had messed up another friendship. Sunshine scowls. As much as she doesn’t want to get everyone involved, she also doesn’t want the whole Poseidon cabin against her. So she says, “How about we do a free for all? If you get disarmed or fall down you lose.”

Snarling, Ziva starts toward them. "Again ya'll gonna use your powers instead of swords, you couldn't win agaisnt me with a sword much less with your own fists. Worried bout lossing face to a hades kid." Ziva readys herself for them to ether fight her themselfs or with their powers. ether way she can win. she can do more then control the dead.

Sunshine’s eyes widened. She couldn’t believe how quickly this was escalating. And she though she had a hot temper! She groaned. She really needed her half sister right now, who was great at calming people down. But Sunshine herself...... well she usually makes them more mad. But she tried. She said, “ Guys! This is sword practice, not power practice. And we’re not going to get any better with weapons by arguing, trash talking, and turning against each other. Let’s just do the free for all, with NO POWERS. Should we allow magic items?”

ziva was about to disagree when she noticed Lilith. She and Sunshine both looked nervous. Not about the fight, but more to the fact that they didn't want to see someone most likely end up being tended by the medics. She hissed, she was now stuck between wanting to beat the crap out of the posidon kids and relenting and joining Sunshine and maybe Lilith to practice.

Just glare at them and then come practice with me. It’s the smartest move.”

This was the first time someone tried to stop her from starting a fight. was it really worth it to gain some pride over beating some sea kids, or was listing to Sunshine and just walking away a good way to may be get an ally? Ziva looked at Sunshine waiting for her move. then looked at Lilith, inviting her if she wanted to join...
