yesterday I spent quite a lot of time NABbing items. To find out if specific items are books or not, I opened the NABbing article on the librarian manual (btw, do "booklets" count as books? if a tarot set has an instructional booklet attached, can you leave it as a 'book'? because I NABbed them all as long as they didn't specifically say tarot deck + book). Well anyway, what I did was just remove all authors and set NOT A BOOK as the one author it had. But then I read, that you had to do this huge thing with like merging it with some 'real' book and making a new record for the ISBN. I'm guessing that practice only goes if there's not-book combined with a book and there are reviews for the not-book you don't want to lose? in that case, I think they should write that that practice only goes for cases like this, or did I do it all wrong?
