It isn't a very long book but it does have the old style speech so it throws me off my reading stride while I think through what they are saying.

I hope you enjoy it!

There were some very good parts to this book but also a lot of parts that bogged down and were hard to get through.

read it in English,it was worth it even I had a little hard time with the old English ,but its better to listen that to
read .The Old language has its own charms, and is sweet like hell when spoken like in Jane Austen books we will
say make haste without even knowing we are using it same with Shakespeare.
The Prince and the Pauper by Mark Twain.
Prince Edward, Tom Canty exchange their places in each others life .Edward is a prince and Tom a poor beggar. Each of them had experience the life in stark class inequality in each of their life. They go back to life with more experience and more maturity.
Mark Twain has peppered this story with humor satire and life lessons .The grass is always greener on the other side We can only understand the difficulties of other people only when we experience them,we learn more from experience than words. This story shows us the class difference that prevail in society, prejudice , politics and many more things.
Prince Edward is Elite royal Upper Class who has no idea what poverty is .
Tom Canty is Poor below poverty line who has no idea what riches are.
Most of us know this story in one form or other but this story after 25 years of my life sill gives me great pleasure to read.
