Make sure that the url you are copying has a .gif file extension. Try with this url:

https://media.giphy.com/media/Cmr1OMJ...

Also make sure that you put the tags properly (<>) as html doesn't work without them.
It's easier to copy link address of a gif on a computer. If you are using a phone, you will have to open the website which has the gif and then copy its link address by press and holding the picture. Just make sure the url ends with a .gif

Ignore the brackets and the gap between the '<' and 'img'. The description and szze etc are not really necessary
