They Can't Kill Us All Ferguson, Baltimore, and a New Era in America's Racial Justice Movement by Wesley Lowery 3 stars
Lowery is a newspaper journalist and his description of how he began to cover the Black Lives Matter movement(s), now several years later, was good. Well written, well thought out, familiar but with new perspectives. As the book continued with the growing number of groups and leaders it became dry. Lowery included less of his thoughts and more of a rote who said and did what. It was less exciting than I thought it could be, considering the differences of opinion and style. Informative, but not nearly as engaging as the beginning. Worth reading if available, and great for the information, but there may be more consistently compelling narratives on the subject.
