He put his arm around her, knowing she was still worried about Barbie. "It'll be fine."

"I don't know," she closed her eyes.

"I'll take the next one. I could use some distraction too."

He pulled Erin into the hug as well, he looming over both of them.

"Why are you so tall?" she smiled, leaning into the hug.

"Myr's cooking," he responded. "Love you guys--girls--too."

She giggled. "You have to eat it!"

Zack's phone rang again, and he picked up. "Hello, Zack Carson speaking."

"Alright. I'll be over." He hung up. "Busy day for jobs," he said, shaking his head as he waved bye to his sisters and left.

[Elizabeth]

"Man.. seems like everyone getting hurt today."

Marissa sighed. "The phone call was loud. Sounded like several people. Wanna follow him?"

[Elizabeth]

"Sure." She stood, heading out.

Zack returned. "Myrissa? Erin?"

[Elizabeth]

Erin had come back awhile before and was pacing. When she saw her brother she ran over and hugged him. What happened? Are you hurt?"

He hugged her, laughing. "I'm fine."

[Elizabeth]

"What happened?"

[Breanna Joy, TREMENDOUS]

"Long story. Where's Myr?"

Myrissa came up to them.

"Hey!"

[Elizabeth]

"What happened?"

[Breanna Joy, TREMENDOUS]

"I just walked into Taco Bell and the Thanes were beating up a bunch of people so I was gonna help but one of the Thanes had this like dark magic tendril power so I got stuck. Then some other people came in and knocked the guy out and now I'm fine."

[Elizabeth]

"Someone seriously needs to stop the Thanes. Glad you got out of there okay."

[Breanna Joy, TREMENDOUS]

"Yeah."

[Elizabeth]

"Who came in and helped?"

[Breanna Joy, TREMENDOUS]

"I don't know."

Myrissa was quiet. For the first time like...ever.

[Breanna Joy, TREMENDOUS]

"I'm just glad to be alive. And that you're safe."

[Elizabeth]

Erin glanced at her, wondering what was up.

"I'm glad you're okay..." Myrissa said quietly.

[Elizabeth]

"Glad you're okay too Zack." She hugged her brother again. She still had to worry about the poison with her shoulder but for now....she wasn't going to think about it.

Myrissa was frowning.

He hugged Erin back, then turned to his other sister. "Is something wrong, Myr?"

Erin looked at her as well, waiting for her to answer.

"Just really worries is all."

He nodded.

"Barbie... Still zero reply."

"How long has it been?"

"Too long..." she mumbled

"Want me to come with you to go try talking to her?"

Myr shrugged. "She's not home. I don't know where she is."

[Elizabeth]

Erin frowned. what if something had happened to her?

"She said she had a modelling gig. But uh, I don't really believe that one..."

[Elizabeth]

"yeah. sounds kinda strange. if the world hadn't ended maybe. now. nope."

"She was a model before the end. Maybe it's like PTSD or something..."
