A liking for spicy food and peppers is completely normal and healthy. Running is exhilarating and has countless health benefits. Ranch dressing was made for salad! I have never been "seriously" hurt. The only time I laughed was when I hit my finger with a sledge hammer...ok, I admit it wasn't funny, but it must have hit my funny bone! Burned myself on lawnmower...I couldn't tell where the pain was coming from because the pain shot through my entire body!
