"Why? Im done in this,small town"
"You could've hurt more than your leg." She said softly.
"I'll see a softer n Wisconsin"
She nodded. She didn't want to argue with him. She looked away from him.
he sighs, and walks to the rode, then calls a cab.
She sat on the deck and watched him silently. She messed with her knife trying to distract herself.

She tried to spin it on the tip of the blade on the wood. She didn't want to watch him go yet she didn't want to go inside and leave him alone.
he looks as the cab comes. he looks to her, then walks to her.
he looks at her, placing a hand on her cheek, and kisses her lightly, then tuns around, walking to the cab
She stood there a little shocked. "I love you." She mumbled quietly and softly and watched him go.
he looks back at her, and mouths the words "Love you too" he gets in the cab, as it drives away

there was a knock at the door.
Kyra set down what she was working on and open the door.
he stood there. he was taller, and looked a bit more mature. he had his hair nice now, and had a nice shirt with some hand sewn jeans. he looked... prefessional.
She looked up at him. She didn't grow any over the few years. Her face was thinner and her hair was longer. She still wore farm clothes. "Markus?"
he looks at her, and nods gently "Hey"
She quickly hugged him. She laughed softly. She pulled away. "Hey."
he smiles softly at her, and looks at her. he didnt know if they still had feelings.
"Um... Make yourself at home." She smiled and stepped out of the way so he could walk in.
he looks at her "Im fine. im going home anyways. just wanted to say hi"
"Oh." She nodded slightly disappointed. "Going back to Wisconsin?" She asked.
"Here?" She asked. Her eyes lit up a little.
She smiled. "That's great!" She exclaimed.
he smiles "I was-" he thinks "Never mind"
"You were?" She wanted to know the rest of his sentence.
She groaned. "I need to finish working on patient." She said softly.
He nods, and then smiles "see ya"
