Relative recent book, saw it in a bookstore early this year. The title was something like 'Case 53' or something. I'm not sure, but I think there was a number in the title. The plot: Two wounded guys show up at a police station, each claim the other is a serial killer and they themself are the victim who barely managed to escape.
