I remember quite a bit about this book. Unfortunately, I just can't remember the authors' name so I can find it on my Kindle.

The main characters are a rather wealthy young man who buys a nearly defunct bra factory looking to update it and build a better brassiere. He is also looking for a wife, and finds who he thinks is the one. He buys a run-down mansion that he wants to renovate to entice the woman he wants to marry.

The female protagonist is a decorator who is hired to renovate this mansion and even gets talked into redoing the surrounding property and throwing a party.
