I know what you mean Audtyaunna. I read the 13 chapters today, 252 pgs lol.

This is a reread for me since I did read it a yr ago but I really got into it. I love Jace's comments and how sweet Simon is. I still don't understand the big deal about Magnus but I figure maybe there's more that I didn't learn about. I feel bad for Clary though (view spoiler)[I can't imagine learning everything you've been told for 16 yrs is a lie, even if it was to protect her. I could've cried for her over that phone call with Luke. I also wonder if she ever finds out who cleaned out their apartment. (hide spoiler)] I know if it was me I'd be ticked there's stuff I don't ever plan on giving up.

(view spoiler)[I can't believe they had that huge battle and still didn't get the cup and sword back! I think Jace might be Michaels son afterall. Valentine said something weird and Imogene reacted to his scar. And they seriously haven't figured out that Simon can go into the sun because he was drained of blood but then drank Jace's? That seems so obvious.
I noticed that Valentine called her Clarissa everytime except for right before the boat blew he called her Clary. I know it doesn't mean anything but I noticed lol.
If Simon was planning on breaking up with her why did he try out baby right before as a petname? I just found that odd. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[I'm wondering why Jace just doesn't tell Clary why he didn't want her to go to Idris. I mean she would've went anyway but at least she wouldn't hate him.
I like how jace confronted Alec about him being gay. Its like he didn't know it was supposed to be a secret.
I think Sebastian has other motives for wanting to be around Clary.

(view spoiler)[I knew that Sebastian was up to no good. Although I didn't expect Hodge to be the one in the cell next to Simon. I wonder what he was going to say to Jace? I'm hoping him and Clary turn out to not be related.
I can't believe that Sebastian just killed Max like that but I wondered how Isabelle didn't die too. I'm thinking that her and Simon might still become a couple.

(view spoiler)[I knew Sebastian wasn't any good but I never expected him to be Clary's brother. That just makes it all the more gross that he kissed her.
At least with Jace its because they developed feelings before being told they were related.
I never expected Jace to be a Herondale. I was thinking he was probably Waylands son raised by Valentine.

I can see how this was just supposed to a trilogy with the way this one ended.
