Brambleflame dashed forward as a magpipe came out of nowhere and flew over their heads.

Letting Brambleflame take the kill, Redbelly sat back, watching in awe.

Brambleflame pounced high, her body blocking the sunlight from Redbelly as she pounced, she landed onto the magpipe and she killed it with a swift, clean bite to the neck.

His eyes clung to her, wide as moons in his Brambleflame-induced stupor.

Brambleflame shook her pelt, it fluffed up as she did so, she leaned down and grabbed the magpipe before coming back to Redbelly.

Shaking out of his daze, Redbelly grinned. "Amazing catch!"

Redbelly's eyes glinted with laughter. "You just gave me reason to doubt that."

" tomorrow, we can start tomorrow," Brambleflame promised as she padded closer to Redbelly and she nuzzled his cheek.

Redbelly felt a smile take over his face and he purred in happiness.

" Tag, your it," Brambleflame said after she buried her magpipe, she then had touched Rebellys shoulder with her tail.

Redbelly looked at her, surprised. He hadn't played this game since he was a young apprentice. A smile crept across his face and he lunged at Brambleflame.

Brambleflame squeaked and then she turned tail and ran.

He grinned, and raced after her.

" No you won't!" Brambleflame said, she remembered the times when they were little, somehow Redbelly had always caught her.

Pushing himself to his limit, Redbelly leaped onto Brambleflame, claws sheathed, and they rolled in the dust. He playfully nipped her ear, then growled, "Yeah, I have."
