Hello from Pennsylvania, USA.I am completely new here, I just joined this group and I am learning my way around. I just realized that the book that I had on hold at my local library (e-book), is the current book this club is reading...interesting...I will be starting it soon. Seems that a lot of my holds came to me within a few days of each other. Oh my....I also just found your blog(nice!)and your podcast.(I just subscribed). I would love to hear from you and stay safe and well.
Oh my gosh, you are an author! Wow! I just found your profile here on Goodreads. Congratulations to your book and I added it to my to read list. My husband and I have friends in the UK, in Stalybridge, so we hear how things are going there during these challenging times. The hardest part is not to be able to be with all the grandchildren as they were active with them all the time. Again, may all be well.

Venice...Nice to connect here... I am currently reading, just started to Becoming...Michelle Obama, And the Jetsetters...the book that was I guess, featured here, as the previous book of the month..
It looks like it's 'The Jet Setters' this month - I've never heard of it or the author so I should give it a try! That's why I'm here it to broaden my reading a bit as I tend to go to tried and trusted authors. At the moment I am coping with the Lock down by reading Jackie Collins - loving it!

I will be starting it soon..It was a book on my Hold list at my local library, I did not know it was one of the featured books here, till I found this group..I am in a book discussion group at my local library and that helps me to read other genres, as well as hear other viewpoints.And Jackie Collins...definitely will take you away.. I have not read her in ages...might have a read again there too...
I’m completely new to all this so I hope this is OK - I wanted to get to know some other readers and communities and this seems like a good place to start.

Book wise I am reading ‘Big Sky’ and - like all of Kate Atkinson’s stuff - I’m really enjoying it. Hope everyone is keeping well x
