Ideas for another faction?

I think that there should be a faction of all the bad traits like jealousy and hatred. Then their could be a new bad guy, but then they finally learn to live with everyone else. They live like the factionless, but are chained to the walls, while the leader is living like royalty.

There should be a faction that is all about order and social grouping. So, like they are always planning fundraisers and events and performing. They are like the "fun" mothers.
