The first one is a review - & a review isn't an award so shouldn't go in the award field.

I've had a look at the other Kirkus one & it doesn't look to be an award by Goodreads standards - no clear winner.

You can mention that you have received these in your book description. But don't quote from the review as that is considered praise & also not allowed on GR.
