After she met him, the preacher began. Derrick was in the audience watching
All he could do was sit there and watch. He made her promise him that she would move on. So he couldn't say anything
Derrick gave her a smile before standing up and walking out. Surprisingly no one even acted like they seen him. They kept her eyes to the front
An ambulance came and checked on her, making sure her vitals. Once again Derrick came from out of nowhere standing in the background
"I don't see him anywhere" he said giving her a confused look
A man looked at the girl who was talking to nothing.

"Just remember sweetie, I will always be with you. And your mom. Even though she's marrying another guy" he told her softly as he knelt down to meet her eyes
"Daddy was in a lot of pain when he was alive. Pull her aside and ask her. She'll tell you the same thing. But we all have different times when we leave the earth. My time was just a little shorter, but I was happy with what I did have" he told her as he hugged her back

Right before the preacher was about to continue, thunder clapped hard outside and the church plunged into total darkness. People panicked casue they couldn't see five feet in front of them.

Lightning flashed outside and the lights came on. Then there Derrick stood right in the middle of the church. The preacher knelt and looked up, "The lord has sent us a miracle!" he said as he began praying to himself
"I'm sorry Jason.. But I need to object" he told him as he knelt down to pick up his daughter. He held her with one arm as he approached the front. "Haylee, the lord has answer your prayers. He's let me come back" he told her as he stopped about halfway there
Jason dropped to his knees and looked down at the floor. He really loved her. Now she left without even saying sorry. After he let the tears fall, he stood up and dropped the bouquet of flowers at he feet and slowly walked out passed her
"Save it for someone who cares, cause I don't anymore" Jason told her before leaving the church. Derrick still held his daughter in his hands
Days later on the news it shown Jason's face. "A man was found dead in his home this morning. Police are saying that it was suicide" It explained a little more but after that they went to the weather
((It's fairly relatible though. I mean he did love her and for three years he thought she loved him))
He looked at Derrick and back at her. "If that is what you truly want, then I can't stop you." he told her softly and gently kissed her cheek and pulled away. He then looked over at her sister before walking towards her. "The truth is. I really love your sister" he told her
Despite on what just happened, the audience couldn't help but applaud at this. Derrick then dropped to one knee and looked at her. "Will you marry me?" he asked her
"We need the prettiest little girl for that job, and I think I'm holding her right now" he told Delaney with a smile and kissed the top of her head
After they went home. Derrick carried and played with Delaney until she fell asleep that night. Derrick then saw Haylee in the kitchen. He walked up to her and hugged her from behind, kissing her neck. "It's been a while since I was ale to do this" he told her
He kissed her back as an answer, slipping his tongue into her mouth. It's been too long for him. The sexual tenson between them was almost too much to bare
He then pinned her against the wall and immediately began stripping their clothes.
