Of course when I first got the book, I went right to the sections that have the most relevancy to me - Diabetes, High blood pressure, cancers, but now I'm going back and reading the other sections.

I especially liked chapter 15 - how not to die from doctors and I was reaffirmed in my love for coffee too in chapter 14.

Did anyone find something they found interesting?
