How about a couple. They've been friends since they were kids and they've been together since highschool. Now out of school, they are trying to live happily. But after an accident, my charrie goes and gets some tests done. It was far worse than he thought. He now has cancer. After battling for two more years, they think he might've beat it. But sadly, my charrie passes away. two years have passed and your charrie is at her wedding, but as she looks into the crowd, she see an all too familiar face.

After a terrible war has killed off most of the population is America, only a few strong survivors are left, battling the undead. Girl A has been on her own for a while and is used to it, until, she runs into Guy A. They team up together in an attempt to stay alive. Eventually they fall in love.
