There doesn't appear to be one. The closest thing is the Library of Congress Catalog Card Number, which is 65-26270.

Hmmm, it's a long shot with books from the 60s, but occasionally there is a string of alphanumerics on the spine, that may possibly be adaptable into ISBN-- is there such a string on your book's spine?

I checked the spine of the book itself, as well as the dust jacket, and there's nothing of the sort.
