Author profile for language

Hi! Author profiles were created for language, such as spanish. I removed the books from the profiles but cannot delete the profiles. Can someone do it please? Thanks!

Empty profiles will be deleted by the script that runs about once a month.

If the "author" has followers or has quotes attributed to them, the script will not delete the profile from what I understand (unless something changed). Support can usually delete "authors" who have followers but no books.
