SOLVED. D&D Style Game Module Transports players/groups to Alternate world. [s]

I am looking for a Book I listened to about 6 years ago probably more. The MC was given/found a RPG game module (D&D Style) that transported the MC and friends to another world. At the end of I believe the second book the MC had to go to a game convention in order to obtain the next module of the game so they could be sent back to the other world. The Game company was secret/hard to find in the story. The booth at the game convention the MC had to go to had a blue or purple haired girl running it. She was to give out the next game module to specific people.
I cant remember the name of the game company in the story or the book's title. There were multiple gamer groups all playing the same game module and were transported to the alternate world at the same time.
The premis was very similar to "MetaGamer Chronicles"

Help finding the titles to these books would be greatly appreciated.

This sounds like NPCs by Drew Hayes. That's the first book in the series, anyway. It's up to 4 books now, and they're all excellent
