Hi! I just remembered this group. Anyone read anything good lately?

I am reading the Ruth Galloway series by Elly Griffiths. Ruth is an archeologist who often digs up a murdered body. Nice sense of place, good characters. Interesting relationship with the local detective.

Also reading American Dirt, because I want to see what the big deal is. Halfway through, and it makes me a little anxious. So back to Ruth Galloway for a bit. This appears to be a time when I need escape reading.

I like to read series and I'm working through the Debbie Macomber series. She is such a prolific reader that it will take me a while. I copied a list of her books from her website, I think was, so I have them listed as copyright date.
Thank goodness for ebooks through our libraries. I can read one every couple days so need lot of books!!!

I'm reading "Augustus" by Anthony Everitt. It's about the life of Augustus Caesar. It's not the most gripping read, but it's interesting to see the genius yet cruel ways in which Augustus rises in power.
