Looking for a book

I read a book a while ago for free on iBooks. I no longer have an iPhone and don't know how to find my old book list. Anyway the book I was look for started with a orphan girl about 17 or so living with a roommate that just bailed. She was a gifted ballerina and has this ability that makes men lust after her and want to please her if she looks them in the eye. Had hair that was white but she's to be blonde. In the beginning of the book there is the far prince that is sent on a mission to kill her. He ends up not because their skin glows when they are close or touching. Anybody know this book?
