Camp Half-Blood discussion

sure! you'll just need to do one paragraph to demonstrate how leo would think, and another paragraph to demonstrate leo's dialogue (i'd recommend a situation where he's talking to himself, that is probably easiest!), and then i'll do a roleplay with you to see how you roleplay as leo with other campers :)
sure! you'll just need to do one paragraph to demonstrate how nico would think, and another paragraph to demonstrate nico's dialogue (i'd recommend a situation where he's talking to himself, that is probably easiest!), and then i'll do a roleplay with you to see how you roleplay as nico with other campers :)
Nico lay on his bed, staring up at the ceiling in exasperation as the latest Justin Bieber..."
yeah that's understandable! i think i'll probably need more dialogue than this to be able to decide completely so we can just move on to the roleplay stage! do you have a specific location thread you'd prefer to set it in?
okay cool well i might use my character Kira who's a daughter of Aphrodite if that works for you? and for location how about the big house porch?
hey omg i'm so sorry i haven't had internet for the past few days out of nowhere but yeah i'll post now!
no she isn't! if you wanted to apply for her then you'll just need to do one paragraph to demonstrate how piper would think, and another paragraph to demonstrate piper's dialogue (i'd recommend a situation where she's talking to herself, that is probably easiest!), and then i'll do a roleplay with you to see how you roleplay as piper with other campers :)
you can apply for him yeah! you'll just need to do one paragraph to demonstrate how percy would think, and another paragraph to demonstrate percy's dialogue (i'd recommend a situation where he's talking to himself, that is probably easiest!), and then i'll do a roleplay with you to see how you roleplay as percy with other campers :)

Percy strolled along the beach, his sea green eyes gazing out towards the sea. "Annabeth..." Her name was on his lips and a smile lit up his face almost at once. Annabeth, the love of his life, his hope, his anchor. Gods, he missed her so much and his heart yearned for her lips to be on his, for her scent of home, for her wise and sassy remarks.
Bending down, he reached out for his powers, the thrill of power running down his arms. He needed something. Something that would be the token of his love towards her. Three months. She had promised she would be back after then. To be with him, after college. Reaching deeper, he closed his fists around an intricate object, the sun glinting on its coarse pinkish surface. Perfect.
The coral reminded him of Annabeth with her prickly and defensive stance as well as her inner beauty. In fact, she was as precious to him as the coral was to the ocean. He would wait for her. And he would never stop missing her. And when she was back, he would never let her leave without him again.
Grasping the coral tightly, he fixed a determined gaze on the raging sea, whispering a prayer for her.

How Percy would talk to himself
Percy ran his fingers through his messy hair. The days were horrible and he was having visions more and more frequently than ever. The sensations were awful and he longed to be his old self, where there were no monsters to worry about, no gods, no conflicts, no war.
"Damn..." He muttered, trying to expel the memories. The swirl of visions were pulling him into a seemingly abstract world where he felt every single pain again. He couldn't escape, couldn't stop, couldn't reach her... He could see Annabeth reaching out, her eyes milky, calling for him desperately amidst her curse... It was all his fault.
"Annabeth!" He screamed desperately, clawing in the air for her,
yet she still cried for him. He wanted to cradle her, to kiss her, to comfort her that everything was going to be okay but he couldn't reach her.
"Get the hell off me!" He growled to the monsters attacking him, Riptide slashing wildly, fueled by his anger. "Annabeth, I'm coming! You're gonna be safe!" He exclaimed as he fought relentlessly, encouraging her and willing himself to believe it as well. The monsters disintegrated into seas of glittering dust but more was still coming.
"Percy, where are you?! I'm scared." Annabeth's voice cracked, tears leaking out from the corners of her sightless eyes. It broke his heart tremendously but he couldn't do anything to ease her pain.
"Let her go or I'll kill you. Now!" He said forcefully, launching Riptide with full force at the cackling goddess in front of him. He could feel his power humming along with his desperation; he could see the goddess' eyes widen in shock, and he could feel a pull to reality.
"I'm sorry. I should have tried harder." He murmured softly as he awakened with a thump on the floor.

Piper was in the Aphrodite cabin, along with some other campers. She twirled some hair around her finger, then sighed. Life without Jason was gonna be hard. She lied down on her bunk and stared the ceiling for a while. After that, she took a quick afternoon nap.

Piper and her capture the flag partner, Drew, were hiding behind some bushes.
“You defend our flag, I’m gonna make a run for theirs,” she whispered and Drew slightly nodded.
The Piper bolted for the other flag. A camper blocked her, but she still managed to get it. She pumped a fist in the air.
“YES!” she shouted.
((how are these?))

"Mum, I'm hungry!" Percy said, eyeing the empty table in disdain. His mum was bustling around, a smile etched on her face as she laughed. "Coming! Just a moment, dear." Percy could hear the concern and love for him in those few words and that made his tears well.
"I'm such a disappointment. Kicked out of another school. Again, yet mom seems to still believe in me. Damn Percy, just try to behave for god's sake!" He muttered to his own plate, his heart a jumble of confused thoughts.
"Alright, mum. Blue cookies for dessert?" He asked pleadingly, trying not to let his mom discern his frustration and disappointment.
"Of course, wait a sec... ah here you go, Percy dear," she pushed a plate of steaming mashed potatoes in front of him. Percy dug into the food at once, munching blissfully. The soft, smooth potatoes reminded him of everything his mom had ever done and he sighed deeply.
"What's wrong?" She asked, sensing his despair, cold and thick in the air at once.
"She knows... grow up, Percy, and face it." He told himself sternly and shook his head. "Nothing, mom. I love you." The words leapt out of his mouth suddenly without warning and he was startled. What was he even thinking?
The room was silent, the only sounds were the clinking of the metal utensils. In the corner of her eyes, tears glistened and she fought to keep them from falling down...

Yep. I believe she is. I am sorry for taking a while to respond to this. Did you still wish to test for Annabeth?
