Mario,Librarians are not staff, we are volunteers.
You will want to contact staff directly. I recommend sending them a link to the author profile you are trying to claim.

Mario,It is just the one book title, correct? If so I can combine the editions.
What formats was the book published in?
Can you post the full ISBN? The edition that has the ISBN has it in the wrong field so it didn't save properly.
Do you have a link to the publisher or to a website with the book for sale (Amazon if possible)?
The more information, the better the chances of staff having everything they need to approve the application.

Please remember that it is the weekend now and also there is a corona crisis going on, so it may take some time before your application is dealt with.
ETA I combined the editions and corrected the ISBN on the hardcover edition, but it says the ISBN is wrong. Please check. Also, is there only one edition (the hardcover)?
Yes just one edition 978-977-6815-04-4
The ispn is true and there is only the written version of the book, not available pdf
And i did so much times, every time, isend all requirnments needed for approval and got negative result
I merged (=deleted) the duplicate editions and moved the cover to the remaining one: https://www.goodreads.com/work/editio...There is nothing else librarians can do for you. Hopefully your author application will be dealt with soon, but it may take a while (generally two weeks, but probably longer now).

THANKS. I have a question. Previously, I was sending my author claim application and the reply comes to me in the next day refusing the submission, now i sent it 2 days ago but i have no reply now,...my ask is how long it takes for submission in normal days?? I know that world now suffering from pandemic disease but as i asked i want to know how long in normal days, and can i consider this delay in the reply means submission because the refusal email always comes to me the nxt day after sending the request
