The number of ratings my book has does not match the number at the top

Hi there - it's a small issue but as an author every rating is a precious thing for me, especially for new books. My book Time Machine & Other Stories has five ratings in the detailed information but the total at the top of the book's page shows only 4. The fifth rating was posted February 21st and I'm just wondering if it takes a month (or more) for new ratings to be added or whether there is some kind of problem with any of the ratings? Any clarification on this would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance :-) - Melinda Szymanik

I refreshed the rating stats, but it didn't help. Please contact staff, as Emily suggests.
