Those are a few ideas I have
Maybe we can combine them. An asylum for people with supernatural abilities

One of our characters could be getting brought to the asylum
Alright. Sorry if my responses are a bit... Dark. I'm not in the happiest of moods and use roleplays to vent.
Yeah.It was raining as a black car pulled up to Hansburg Asylum. A man stepped out, carrying a sleeping young girl in his arms. He walked up to the building and was greeted by two nurses who were waiting for them. "Is this the girl?" one of them asked. He nodded, and all three of them stepped into the asylum.
Iltani sat at one of the windows, watching the new girl being brought in. She brushed her thick black hair out of her eyes and stood, then crept to the foyer to try and catch another glimpse of the girl.
The man was brought to the front desk. The nurses asked him many questions about the girl and her lifestyle. He answered them all simply. Then a nurse asked the last question. "So Mr. Horne, why have you brought Treasure to our establishment?" He sighed, looking down at the sleeping girl. "For awhile, she has claimed that she could do things that no one at her school can do.. I didn't believe her until she showed me.. She's dangerous.. What she can do is dangerous.." The nurse nodded. "I see, and what is it she can do?" He looked up at the nurse. "Telekinesis... And she can set things on fire with her mind."
Iltani couldn't contain the smirk that rose to her lips. She was no longer the only dangerous one at the asylum. Her voice completely compelled anyone, so she was forbidden to talk- a rule she hated, but agreed to.
One of the nurses gently took Treasure from her father's arms. "We'll take good care of her. She'll be back home with you before you know it." Before the nurse carried her away, her father kissed her forehead. "I'll visit you every week.." he said quietly as they carried Treasure away.
Iltani slipped back to her spot on the window seat, humming to herself. It was still quite early in the morning, so no one was going to hear her- or so she thought. One of the nurses who passed by turned and glared at Iltani until she lapsed into silence once more.
Treasure was changed into a white gown and a nurse slipped a hospital bracelet on her that gave her blood type and her abilities. She was brought to the lounge and set down in a chair. She finally started to wake up.
Iltani watched from the window seat, curious and silent as ever. Her thick black hair fell into her face, a curtain, a mask.
Treasure lifted up her head slowly, her flaming red curls rolling out of her face. She squinted her eyes a little, adjusting to the light. She blinked a couple times and looked around. "W..Why am I here?" she asked quietly. She slowly stood from her chair and glanced at all the other patients.
Iltani came over and kneeled down next to the chair. She have a small smirk, as if to say 'You know why.'
Treasure looked down at the girl who came over to her. She didn't like the look she was giving her. "Who are you?" she asked quietly.
Iltani, she signed with her hands, her dark eyes intent on watching the new girl. She pushed back her hair and smiled mysteriously.
She nodded a little. "I'm Treasure," she told her. She felt something on her wrist and held it up to examine it. She read what was on it and frowned. "So that's why I'm here.. My own father put me here."
At least he cares. Iltani signs, a bitter look on her face. She had seen how tender the girls father had been.
She frowned a little more. "I know he cares.. but he's scared of me. He shouldn't be scared. I would never hurt him, or anyone." She thought about it and added, "Except maybe to defend myself."
Iltani sighed and shrugged, looking out the window again. She was still waiting for someone, for the one who left her there years ago.
Treasure sighed a little, locking her hands behind her back. "So.. why are you here?"
Iltani tapped her lips as means of a response. Staying up the whole night was catching up with her.
Treasure waited for a response, wondering if it was the wrong thing to ask.
When the girl didn't understand, Iltani let out a soft groan of annoyance. I'm a Siren. She signed tiredly.
Treasure nodded, understanding now. "Ohhh, I see.. Is that why you aren't talking?" she asked.
Iltani made a face and nodded. She hated keeping silent. She was already a talkative person, but a Siren kept silent was almost painful.
Treasure frowned a little. "How strict are they in this place? They don't hurt you if you don't do what you're told, do they?"
Iltani shook her head, although it wasn't the full truth. However, she didn't want to scare of the girl, Treasure, for she enjoy having someone to talk to.
She nodded a little. "Alright.." She sat back in the chair and looked out the window. "I wonder how long I'll be here for.."
Iltani didn't offer any response to that. She knew that she would end up becoming bitter, and that wasn't fun for anyone.
Treasure looked up seeing a nurse walk up to her. "Miss Horne, Dr. Malkaiv would like to get acquainted with you in his office." Treasure sighed and stood up, giving Iltani a small smile as she was lead away by the nurse.
Iltani smiled kindly back at the girl, then made a face at the retreating back of the nurse. She turned back to her window seat, sighing.
Treasure was lead towards the lobby and the nurse stopped in front of an office. "In you go." Treasure went into the office and sat in front of the doctor's desk. He began asking her questions about her abilities. She answered them all.
Iltani closed her eyes and drifted off to sleep, curled into the windowseat like a cat. Her hair was across her face and he pale body shivered a bit in the cold.
The doctor wrote in his notes as they talked. "Alright Miss Horne, I now want you to demonstrate your abilities. See this cup in front of me? I would like you to move it." Treasure looked down at the cup in front of him and sighed. In a matter of seconds the cup was floating at eye level. She dropped it and the doctor caught it before it could break. "Very good. Now I'm going to hold up a piece of paper, and I want you to set it on fire." As he held up the paper, it instantly was being eaten by flames. He dropped it in his ash tray. "Very well. You may leave now." Treasure stood up and left his office returning to the lounge.
