SOLVED. Lighthearted book about love/life in France, with a performance artist [s]

I read it as an ebook some time between 2013-2017. The book is set in a city in France and has multiple main romance plots, I think, one of them being between a journalist girl and a male performance artist who goes inside of a glass cube nude and collects his sweat and feces into a vial, etc. the book’s title is something like “Life is Strange” or “Life is ___” I think, and I remember the front cover revealed that the book was set in a city in Europe by being an illustration of one of those European alleys. The main idea of the book is that life is unpredictable and love is everywhere.
