Noa Bloom (noa_gh) | 72 comments Hey everybody! If you have finished the book, please write a bit about your initial thoughts! How many stars did you give it?

Sasha (sashahamel) | 64 comments I honestly didn't love this one. It just felt a bit pointless at times, and at other times, juvenile. The plot was fairly interesting, but the writing style disinterested me. Sorry if I'm being too critical, these were just my thoughts :)

Noa Bloom (noa_gh) | 72 comments I can see what you mean, but honestly I kind of liked how carefree and childish it was (it is a children’s book) I do see where your coming from-it was definitely a different type of book then I normally read. I haven't seen the movie but for those of you who have, how did it compare?

Isabella | 12 comments I agree with Sasha. I also thought the writing wasn't my style. I felt like there was so much going on in the plot it was hard to understand WHAT exactly was happening. Some parts of the story I liked, but I thought that the writing could have captured all of it better. Like Noa, I also have not seen the movie so I am interested to see how it was. After I finished alice in wonderland, I read alice through the looking glass, and I honestly felt like it was even more confusing and hard to figure out what was happening. So yeah, all in all, this really wasn't my favorite. I can see why its a childs classic though ;)

Noa Bloom (noa_gh) | 72 comments Hey guys! I know we didn't get to have a great discussion on this book, and thats totally okay. Most of us weren't able to read a lot with everything going on, and I think it might just be best if we start our next book! Does this sound good?
