After searching about a thousand books and reading hundreds of synopses but some stroke of luck i decided to click on a weirdly interesting looking book and was almost about to give up on it but went through the synopisis and reviews again and finally found the book.All the depression and heardache for 24 hours was worth itm
The book is the billionaire banker series by georgia le carre and it is everything and more than what i had in my memory. The 1st two books are what i wanted. Im so happy yeeeeeep
The guy is a billionaire and the first book starts off like any other romance books but turns darker towards the end.
The guy makes a deal with the heroine for sex for a year or so for money. He thinks that she has slept with a lot of people but actually the girl is a virgin and doesn't tell that to him. The day they agree to have sex he degrades and humilites her by making her wear black (or maybe it was white) lingerie and making her pretend like she is a virgin. Then he finds out she is a virgin and he realises that she isnt a bad person. And after that they fall for each other. The sex is pretty explicit, lengthy and frequent in this book.
There will be some drama from his ex girlfriend (but im not really sure about this).
He always talks about his past and that he wants to keep her safe. But does not reveal the story about his family.
This is where the books turns dark and his mother threatens her to disappear from his life forever and gives her the money to flea.
So she leaves him and moves away to a different city and he doesnt know where she goes.this is how the first book ends.
In this second book, he finds her. She barely makes her ends meet in the new place. And she gave birth to her child (a son i guess). She comes to know that she is pregnant with the hero's child after she leaves him. But does not reach out to him. She stays with her friend in a apartment. And supports her as her friend gets an abortion.
Then he makes contact with her and says that she has to sleep with him. Because he payed for sex with her many years ago and wants her to complete the deal or pay him back the huge amount of money. She says that the child is her friend's child that she sometimes looks after and warns the kid to not call her mommy in front of him.
So when they agree to have sex again she is afraid that he would know that she gave birth to a child. But since she had stiches to her vagina after the childbirth she belives he wouldn't figure it out.
Close to the end of the book, he reveals that he has always known that the child is his and that he always kept track of her even though he never made any contact with her. They confess their love for each other.
But his mother and father belong to a satanic cult. They want him to marry a particular girl because it was prophesied that his first child will lead to the rise of satan ( or something along those lines). His father always disliked him , because he wasn't his child. His mother and a man from a elite family were ordered to have sex because of the superstitions that their child will lead the cult later in life.
At one point he mentions that when he was very young he was made to scarifice a goat(or some other animal).
the heroine's live is threatened. But his father dies in a plane crash. And he later reveals he planned the plane crash to keep her and his child safe from his family. And HEA.
It is a pretty well written book, with good development of all characters. And I'm pretty sure it was a famous book with good rating and many reviews. Really hope i can find it with your help.
