Yeah i know what you mean, which is why I had no issue with it for majority. As I saw it that way too, until the discussion about it at the end with Guy which is what annoyed me. The banter was wonderful! I adored the setting and lots of beautiful lines xx

Yeah, I kind of disappeared from books for a while went to fanfic and old hobbies. Also started new job in September, but getting back to routine now and books 💛I'm still deciding on a lot at moment as waiting for challenges to start and help decide, but these a few planned soon
Out on 18th NovHow about you? Any ideas?

I still haven't started the Franklin U books starting with Playing Games (Eden Finley has a book in it that features Talon and Miller's son!) and haven't decided if I want to read all the books or just Eden's...
Other than that, I completely lost track of all things romance somehow, I have no idea what's new anymore 🙈
I went to the biggest bookfair we have a while back and got a bunch of reading copies (sadly all in German but oh well 🤣) and I've been making my way through those. Among the many many books I still have lying around are:
Boy Swallows Universe
Nightcrawling
A Good Girl's Guide to Murder
Anatomy: A Love Story
Daughters of Sparta
The Last Romantics
Dele Weds Destiny

Oh The Franklin U ones look fun! That's awesome! I'm one of those who can't read later in series, even if works as standalone 😂Aww that's fair, tbh I've not read anything but fanfic since May so I'm only just catching up now...
Lovely, got to enjoy a book fair and I'm with you got too many on my shelves I need to get too... But not feeling at moment.
Sorry none of those really appeal to me. Hope they're amazing reads!

I doubt that. But at least they were free 🤣
We could read the Franklin U series together if you want. They're a tad expensive at the moment (the first one is €5. I mean...) and I don't have Kindle Unlimited anymore, so I'd have to buy them. But I do like the sound of them, and I will need to have the one about Talon's offspring 🤣 that sound way too good to miss. Can you imagine those two morons as parents??? 🤣🤣🤣

Lol that's always a bonus 😂Oh that is pretty expensive yeah, and it's like 8 books to get to Talon and Miller's son... I always forget with Kindle unlimited how expensive is without.
Maybe we can find something else that works? Not so expensive .. will check shelves
Lol I haven't paid more then once for Ku all year. Keep having the free 3 months or £1 for 3 just got one that lasts till end Jan 😂

Omg, almost a whole year 🙈 weirdly busy. I have successfully drowned my coffee table in books (seriously, I can't see it anymore)... I do have 3 weeks of vacation coming up, though...
Hang on, I'll start a list of all the books I have yet to read 🤣
How are you?

Haha, yeah same happened here. Just various things going on, all lovely and great though just got swept up. Lol my book cart is now at overflow state, some are stacked next to it and on bottom shelf my case 😂
I'm just heading to the end my vacation, back to work next Friday. You going anywhere? Or just having nice relaxation time.
I'm good thanks! Just getting back to my books again x

I do adore your taste in books, such a variety. A few I've still got the first books to read, I'm awful for picking up books for my shelves then just reading Kindle unlimited.😂So many of these I've heard amazing things.

😅 I know... that's the definite upside to working in a bookshop. Free reading copies! Half of those I got for free (in German, but oh well...).
True, Kindle Unlimited is nice for that. But sooo expensive 🙈
I think I'll just stay at home and read some of those books when I'm off work. Before I go to a big book fair in October and bring home even more free books 🤣🤣🤣

Oh yeah, I forgot! That's amazing, get lots great books and can see that stacking up. Along with book fairs mus thave great finds 😊Aww I didn't think too expensive, compared other subscriptions for games and TV. It's prob my cheapest, but I don't know if costs differ depend country. Also have to read on regular make worth for sure, just a couple month works out. Though I do miss when used to do the free trials and £1 for few months etc haven't seen those offers in a while 😂
Good idea! Get those books read and makes sense when get so many free from work, along with fairs to prioritize those.

Ha - finally a book I read too (Band Sinister)!
It would not come first to my mind when discussing poly-amorous relationship, because the sexual relationship between the friends seemed to have more of a recreational value, while Sir Phillip and Guy had a true love affair. If anything I found it a bit annoying, but I loved the banter in this book so much that I forgave it.
