The book is about a lonely 15-year-old, he has a set of binoculars and likes to spy on his neighbors. He has a friend who works in a game/video shop at the bottom of the building. He visits him almost every day. While he is spying he sees someone looking at him with binoculars, he is scared but when he looks again he's gone. This happens a couple more times. He somehow ends up in the basement and hears two men talking about how this is the biggest crime in Germany (I think Germany but might've been something else). He gets scared and runs out. He comes back a couple of days later with a camera and takes pictures of everything. He thinks that it looks like something they could use to torture somebody. After he's back in his room he looks at the pictures again and starts doubting himself. I don't know what happens in between but in the end, he finds out its his father and he's making bicycles... I probably read this in 2018 in Serbia. Thank you
