Rating remove

Is it possible to have a rating removed? A young lady said she accidentally hit the star rate button instead of to be read button on her phone when adding my book. I see she is now reading the book yet the rating stayed up, but it's not on there anymore with her name.

she can erase the rating - there should be a link that says delete rating (or similar)

This is not a Librarians Group issue, but one for the Feedback Group or the Author Feedback Group. Librarians can help with issues pertaining to specific book records or most related issues, but have no control over general site functionality or author issues outside of fixing book or author listings on Goodreads itself.

I will note that she may have already cleared (removed) the rating, but the book page will take a couple days to catch up due to site caching.
